Well it seems This Isnt It, we get more MJ for our home entertainment. The DVD of Michael Jackson’s final days in rehearsal for his London show “This Is It” went on sale today and I’m sure it will kill the record dvd sales numbers, as did the movie, shocking box office sales. I’m sending this out to all the real MJ fans, if you missed the two week movie event, you have a second chance with the dvd. I GOT MINE! Now lets all do the routine to Thiller in our living rooms, 5,6,7,8!
Yesterday Shanell aka SNL of Lil Wayne’s Young Money Ent (and of my family tree) took a stand against discrimination in the NOH8 Campaign Photo series . Shanell will join a long list of entertainers and public figures doing their part for to spread awareness.
Look out for her finished photos but until then here’s a sneak peak.
Well its Grammy’s time in LA and there are lots of events and parties poppin off this weekend. However, I must say the the coolest and most exclusive of these events will be the annual jam session thrown by the Grammy award winning band The Roots. This event will have the who’s who of the music and entertainment industry in the building to jump on stage and rock out. In past years everyone from Beyonce, Jay-Z, Dave Chappelle, Fall Out Boy, Gnarls Barkley, Common, Jada-Pinkett-Smith, Queen Latifah, and evenPrince have graced the stage. This year yagirl D.Woods has been invited and I am more all the way than turned up about the opportunity! Wish me Luck! ( for more info go to www.rootsjamsession.com)
